A former colleague and long-time friend of Scott Pickett, Saint Crispin is pleased to welcome new Head Chef, Stuart McVeigh.

Originally from the UK, Stuart first met Scott while working together at The Square in London, a famous Mayfair two Michelin star restaurant under Chef Phil Howard. When he made the decision to relocate to Australia, Scott helped him secure a job at The Sofitel and the pair have remained friends ever since. After doing the rounds in various iconic kitchens around Melbourne, Stuart was invited back to The Sofitel where he headed up the award-winning No. 35 before moving on to open his own place in Ascot Vale, Union Food.  After selling up earlier this year, the opportunity arose to join forces with Scott at Saint Crispin.  Both chefs share a mutual respect for each other’s cooking and are excited to be working together once again.
