Scott has cooked in restaurants such as Paul Bocuse, with Philippe Mouchel and The Square in London. As well as Saint Crispin, Scott owns Northcote’s two-hatted Estelle by Scott Pickett (ESP) and Estelle Bistro. His most recent offering is Pickett’s Deli & Rotisserie at Melbourne’s iconic The Queen Victoria Market.
